I had an absolutely amazing stay at this lovely place in North Wales. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the fantastic location—it’s perfectly situated for exploring all the beautiful sights that Wales has to offer. The property itself was cozy, well-maintained, and provided all the comforts of home.What truly set this stay apart, however, were the wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed. Their warmth and hospitality made my experience even more memorable, and they were always available to offer helpful tips and recommendations for local attractions and dining options.I can't say enough good things about this place. It truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

Our hosts Lyn and Liam were great. Could not do enough for us, made our stay feel like home from home (except Liam cooked the breakfast). The bedroom was a good size and nicely decorated. Tea and coffee facilities were provided in the room. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and cooked well.Overall we would highly recommend staying at Cornerways and will be back.

Returned to Llandudno after many years our stay at cornerways was excellent couldn't have chosen a better place the location was really good with parking the room was spotless breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice. The owners lyn & Liam were very welcoming and looked after us brilliantly will be back in the near future thanks again. Tony & Christine.

Warm welcome from Lyn and Liam. Spotless modern en-suite room. Excellent location for Llandudno town centre and as a base for further exploring North Wales. Excellent breakfast choices. Would highly recommend.

Can’t recommend Cornerways enough, we are just back from a 7 night stay …. not long enough 😂Lyn and Liam are such a lovely couple with a beautiful home, we just loved it. Breakfast set you up for the day and all local. Next time we go to llandudno we’ll definitely be booking here again 100%Thanks again Lyn and Liam x

Cornerways with Lyn and Liam, the best. We thoroughly enjoyed our five day stay at Cornerways. Nothing was too much trouble. We were well looked after from the moment we arrived. Excellent hosts.Amazing rooms with ensuite. Clean, fresh and very comfortable. We had a wonderful breakfast each day with an assortment of fresh fruit salad, cereals, toast and a perfectly cooked breakfast.On site parking and situated in a quiet area of Llandudno within easy walking of the town and promenade.We would definitely stay again at Cornerways without hesitation.Thank you Lyn and Liam.

My Wife and I have not long got back from LLANDUDNO in north Wales after a really wonder full few days.We stayed at the Cornerways 2 St davids Place LLandudno Conwy Ll30 2ug and our host Lyn and Liam, were very friendly and helpful it was spotlessly clean and the breakfast to die for.LYN had so much fresh fruit put out we were spoilt for chose and our chef Liam was the best, fried breakfast all fresh and local products and nicely grilled,so very healthy. We were only booked for 2 days but stayed on for another 2 days, it was our Pearl wedding Anniversary, Best place we have stayed in along time and would stay there again if we in north Wales

Very pleasant stay, beautiful accommodation, lovely fixtures and fittings high end quality.Immacuately clean and well appointed spacious room. Comfortable bed with quality bedding attractively decorated with throws and cushions.Lovely hosts and breakfast was plentiful with good quality ingredients and well presented.Would recommend 10/10

Just returned from a two night stay at Cornerways in Llandudno What a find!Lyn an Liam were the best hosts, so friendly, welcoming and attentive, nothing was too much trouble.The accommodation was spotlessly clean; our room (4) was beautifully decorated to a very high standard, with a lovely spacious bathroom/shower.Breakfast was spot on, plenty of choice and plenty of it! Left both my husband and I set up for the day.Lyn was also more than happy to cater to my request for a bacon sandwich on the second morning 😊All in all, we couldn’t have asked for more…perfect accommodation, ideal location, amazing hosts.We will most definitely return.

Lovely welcome from Liam and Lynn when we arrived . Room was lovely with en-suite bathroom the shower was nice and powerful. Breakfast was brilliant lots of choice and needs catered for .If your looking for a faultless B&B look no further cornerways is amazing. Central location and so quiet . Fantastic stay in this recently refurbished guest house. Tastefully decorated throughout with delightfully friendly hosts. We were in room 1 super comfy king-size bed with crisp white cotton linen. This room had a bath with shower over which gives the traveller a choice. I chose bath which I enjoyed immensely the water was hot and the bath filled quickly. There was a large TV in the room and plenty of free tea,coffee and milk. Breakfast was very tasty with multiple choices. We would definitely be returning

We stayed for two nights, the rooms were all freshly redone, very clean and tidy with plenty of space. Breakfast was served inthe sunny dining room, with fresh fruit, delicious fresh yoghurt from a local farm, cereals and then the options for toast with eggs and/or bacon or full English breakfast. The owners are very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the region. Lynn was very helpful in giving us suggestions where to go for walks and dinner. Thanks for the lovely weekend Lynn, we’ll be back!

Great house. Everything is new and very comfortably furnished. We chose the double room with bathroom because of the wider bed. Very large and cozy room with a large and very modern bathroom. I chose a location in the second/third row to the promenade, which has the advantage that you have a parking space right next to the house and you are still just a few minutes' walk from the promenade. Lyn and Liam are excellent hosts and very friendly and warm people who fulfill all your wishes, which we didn't have because everything was perfect anyway. The breakfast was also very tasty and perfect. Kind regards and a thousand thanks for the wonderful stay :-))

Made very welcome on arrival excellent room clean and tidy with more than enough space to put are belonging. Fresh cooked breakfast in the morning nothing seemed to much trouble would highly recommend looking forward to are next stay 👌
